3. Retaining Flyer and Boxes: Customers are required to keep the flyer and original boxes of the products they purchased. These items may be needed for verification purposes during the refund process.

4. Change of Product: Please note that once an order has been dispatched, we cannot accommodate changes to the product selection. However, if a product is found to be faulty upon receipt, we will provide a replacement for the same item.
